How does the claims process work?

Check your eligibility — provide your flight details and we will verify whether your flight qualifies for compensation under the regulation.
2
Submit your documents — upload a valid identification document (passport or national ID card) for each passenger on the booking.
3
We handle your claim — our team contacts the airline on your behalf and manages the full claims process. There is no cost to you unless the claim is successful.
4
Receive your payment — once the airline approves the claim, compensation is transferred directly to your bank account.
