Condor made you live a nightmare? Claim compensation

First day of school holidays. Passengers in the Condor queue worry: some flights are overbooked and they are afraid of not boarding. You may be in line with your other family members, you must fly to any destination. The departure time is coming, and yet your plane is still stuck on the tarmac.

When should your operator compensate you?

The company compensates for the significant delay with compensation of € 600 per person in cash, even for tickets acquired through the loyalty program.
