Get compensation for late arrival of a Cabo Verde Airlines plane

Flight is delayed

– 400€ for a delay of at least three hours concerning flights from 1,500 km to 3,500 km,

– 600€ for a delay of at least four hours.

You are entitled to refreshments or meals from two hours late, to accommodation if necessary, to the payment of transfers between the accommodation and the airport and to two telephone calls, or free emails.

If the delay is at least five hours, you can waive the trip and request reimbursement of the ticket.
Contact the company’s customer service in writing, upon your return, for any compensation claim.

In case of overbooking

If you cannot board because the company has sold more tickets than available seats, you can agree to postpone your flight for compensation.

You can also request a refund for your ticket with, if applicable, a return flight to the original point of departure.
In all cases, you are entitled to reimbursement of your costs and compensation identical to that which applies to flight delays and cancellations.
